Detox Peat.
Peat absorbs pollutants, stimulates metabolism, and acts as a powerful antioxidant. This peat is very finely ground.

Usage:

Sauna: It is recommended to use peat in the sauna for about 20 minutes on washed, clean skin. The exfoliating effect of peat can be improved by massaging it on the skin. However, the peat must not dry on the skin! The peat is durable: about 1-2 dl is enough for the whole body.

Bath: Even in the bath, the peat's bioactive substances can penetrate the skin, treat and revitalize skin function and hormonal well-being. Apply peat to the skin and take a bath. Let work for 20 minutes.

Peat Wrap: Foot and hand wraps can also be made by placing the peat in plastic bags placed on the feet or hands and then in warm water for 15 minutes.

Please Note: For patients with high blood pressure, peat is kept for less time. Peat treatments are not recommended for acute tumor disease and pregnant women. Drink plenty of water in the sauna and peat treatments.
